Our Honeychild Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies take the soulful chew of our signature Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Pecan recipe and drape it in buttery caramel warmth. Each cookie is crafted by hand; browned butter folded with dark brown sugar, sea salt, and a hint of caramel extract for that nostalgic candy-shop depth.
Inside every cookie: a molten caramel center, wrapped in golden dough and studded with slow-melted chocolate chips. The edges snap lightly, the center pulls soft, and the top glistens with a touch of flaky salt.
